Mt. Chokai Hill Climb Race is held at the foot of the Mt. Chokai on Sunday. It's a competition of twenty-six kilometers with the altitude gap of 1,100 meters. The category is classified by Road Race Bikes and Mountain Bikes, and classified by man and woman, and classified by ages. There are also a category of athlete and that of Junior High School Student. There is also half course race. The altitude gap is 400 meters. There are time-limits in each race. In case of race of road bike, time-limit is set at the two check points and goal; The players must pass CP1(at the 13Km point) within 70 minutes, pass CP2(at the 21Km point) within 120 minutes and reach the finish line within 150 minutes. The prescribed number of full course race is 700 persons, and that of half course is 300 persons. Cars are lockout during the race. The road is wide at the beginning, but narrows in the middle of the course. There are downhills in the course. The players descent the hill in line, after all players finish the race. On Saturday, the time trial race of eight kilometers is held.
