.Four big kites are displayed. The length of the kite is fifteen meters and the width is eleven meters, and weight of the kite is 800 kilograms.
About 450 kites from all over the world are also displayed.
In the hall, you can learn how to make a kite, and you can fly your original kite at the Edogawa River near the hall.
The event of flying big kite held in this town is most famous in Japan for its size of kites and its tradition.
The event is held on May 3, and 5 every year at the Edogawa River.
