This park has a bikeway road as long as 1500 meters. The average width of the road is seven meters and the maximum is eleven meters. Often some competitions of road race are held at this park .It also has a parking lot, drinking water and a lavatory.
There is a slight ascent in the course. On competitions, there are many shout of encouragement from the bridge.		.

There is Shimofusa history and Fork museum in the park. Various items are displayed here, including a replica of fossilized head bones of the Naumann elephant at the first time discovered in Japan, the article of relics found in the town's tumulus, cultural asset and folklore materials.
