It is a big park. It has a parking lot, a water supply and a lavatory.
It's a rose garden. Admission free. You can enjoy the garden all seasons.There are not only 200 kind of roses, but also iris, azalea, peony and etc.		There is a greenhouse. There are about 300 kinds of tropical plant.

There is a memorial hall of Sakutaro Hagiwara who is a famous poem author of Taisho era. He was born in Maebashi in 1886, and the his birth place was re-created as the hall here.
