This park is founded in order to transmit the historical lesson of the disaster caused by the Catherine typhoon on September 15, 1957. The Tonegawa river was burst by the typhoon, and the flood brought a far-reaching calamity in the kanto plane. It has a parking lot and a waterworks and a lavatory.
		At the October of 2006, a big parking lot is being constructed.
